Head of Production

Meet Brynna Logan, your go-to production wizard with over a decade of experience! Hailing from Santa Cruz and now living the dream in San Francisco, Brynna is a true Jack of all trades who thrives on turning chaos into magic. She’s got a knack for solving problems on the fly, a positive vibe that lights up any room, and a personality that makes every production a blast to work on.

Since diving into the world of events in 2010, she’s done it all – from managing logistics to jumping in wherever she’s needed. When she’s not running the show, Brynna’s an animal lover with a treasure trove of wild stories to keep everyone laughing.

John Nackley
Bar Manager

John Nackley has had the pleasure of being the Bar Manager at The Pearl for the last 9 years and brings 35 years in the food and beverage industry and a quarter century of bartending experience to the job. Born & residing in San Francisco, John takes great pleasure in the international culinary delights of the City and carries the same passion for flavor into his craft.

When not engaged with his “hands-on” approach to work, he can be found at home enjoying the comfort and community of his family, playing dominoes with “the good homies,” or out in the streets on a skateboard, pushing around SF.

John Nackley
Bar Manager

John Nackley has had the pleasure of being the Bar Manager at The Pearl for the last 9 years and brings 35 years in the food and beverage industry and a quarter century of bartending experience to the job. Born & residing in San Francisco, John takes great pleasure in the international culinary delights of the City and carries the same passion for flavor into his craft.

When not engaged with his “hands-on” approach to work, he can be found at home enjoying the comfort and community of his family, playing dominoes with “the good homies,” or out in the streets on a skateboard, pushing around SF.

General Manager

Jon Larner is the General Manager of The Pearl, where he leads a team of 40+ sales, operations, and production professionals. With over 25 years of experience in San Francisco’s entertainment, events, and hospitality industries, he has a proven track record of driving business success, cultivating high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Originally from New Jersey, Jon blends a pragmatic, results-driven leadership style with San Francisco’s creative energy, where he has lived for 33 years. A passionate advocate for the city’s nightlife and entertainment scene, he works closely with local government and business leaders to foster a vibrant and sustainable cultural landscape.

Jon Larner is the General Manager of The Pearl, where he leads a team of 40+ sales, operations, and production professionals. Adam Mendelson
Managing Partner

For nearly a decade, Adam has focused on real estate development and independent hospitality projects. He led the creation of Lodge at Marconi, The Pearl, and School Night, handling concept development, financing, and management. As Managing Partner, he also collaborates with BNA Associates and Oliver Hospitality on projects like Station House Inn. Previously, he worked in renewable energy at Econergy and SunPower. 

Adam holds a Master’s from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a BA from Washington University. Passionate about food, travel, and running, he lives in Boulder, CO, with his wife, Aida and two daughters, Rhys and Charlie.

With over a decade of experience in the events space, spanning everything from logistics and creative direction to photography and large-scale production, Binyam brings an irreverent and intentional edge to his work. Raised as a third culture kid, his global perspective informs a marketing approach that is both strategic and story-driven. He’s rooted in community, fluent in visual language, and deeply attuned to the pulse of a space.

Off the clock, he’s on the football pitch, carving through powder, building passion projects on set, or chasing the unfamiliar in cities near and far. He leads with curiosity, composure, and an unshakable sense of collaboration.

Marketing Manager

Alex Silva
Director of Revenue

Alex discovered his passion for live event production while cutting his teeth as a journalist and PR agent in the music industry. Now a seasoned industry professional, he holds over a decade of experience producing events of all scales—from intimate backyard gatherings to large-scale music festivals and everything in between.

Born and raised in Miami, Alex studied Film and Telecommunications at the University of Florida before moving to San Francisco. He joined The Pearl’s flagship team in 2016 and now serves as Director of Revenue, where he brings creativity, calm, and charisma to every production.
